Who can apply
Age: under 21 for bachelor, under 30 for master, under 35 for PhD. Minimum score: 70% for bachelor, 75% for master and PhD, 90% for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy. Turkish citizens and former Turkish citizens cannot apply. People already studying at the same level in Türkiye cannot apply.

1) Create an account on the official Türkiye Burslari portal. 2) Fill in the form, choose programmes and upload documents. 3) Shortlisted applicants are called for an interview. 4) Results are shared by email and on the portal.
