Who can apply
Bangladeshi citizen living in Bangladesh. A four-year bachelor with a strong record from a Bangladeshi university. At least two years of full-time work in your field. TOEFL 90 or IELTS 7. You cannot hold a U.S. degree, be studying in the U.S., or hold a foreign master (a Bangladeshi master is fine). Junior university teachers and staff at research groups, think tanks and NGOs are preferred.
